We specialize in concrete equipment, finishing tools, bagged materials and diamond products for all concrete applications.

Requirements
  • Effectively manages staff members, including technicians, to ensure team objectives and service goals are being carried out
  • Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered
  • Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer retention by upselling products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally
  • Assists with or performs administrative tasks relating to invoicing and rental contracts
  • Develops working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, and ensures service department adheres to all regulations and protocols
  • Resolves service desk problems and improves current service desk methods to increase productivity and customer service standards
  • Monitors department issues and client complaints to define patterns and work to lessen those recurring issues
  • Regularly audits work being done and customer service being provided to ensure all standards are met and that repair work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly
  • Oversees team members performing inspections, preparing reports, and doing repairs; if necessary, carries out these job duties personally to ensure highest quality of work
  • Plan and monitor day to day operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in processes

Qualifications:
  • Min 3 years of Industry experience working in the Construction industry related to Concrete equipment
  • Customer service skills, personable, strong oral and written communication skills
  • Able to prioritize and manage a busy work load
  • Provides support, leadership and guidance to the shop mechanics team
  • Conscientious, detail oriented, excellent organizational and time-management skills are required to be successful in this role

Inside Sales (Burnaby)

We have a combined industry experience of over 200 years and are looking for the right candidate to join our Inside Sales Team. We specialize in selling concrete equipment, finishing tools, bagged materials and diamond products for all concrete applications.

Responsibilities

In this role you will initiate, establish, and build strong customer relationships with our existing customer base Actively participate and develop new accounts, generate sales quotes, and handle customer inquiries to help service customers and grow accounts Make cold and warm calls to uncover opportunities in our market place Provide incredible customer service by delivering products and services to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations. Work effectively with others in a team-based environment to accomplish organizational goals to identify and resolve problems Serve walk-in customers, take phone orders, provide quotes and estimates to our customers and our Outside Sales staff.

Qualifications
  • Min 2 years Inside Sales experience working in the concrete industry selling equipment is preferred
  • Customer service skills, personable, strong oral and written communication skills
  • Able to prioritize and manage a busy workload
  • Must be able to work independently as well as be a Team Player!
  • Conscientious, detail oriented, excellent organizational and time-management skills are required to be successful in this role
  • Excellent decision making and ability to take initiative.
  • Extremely organized, strong attention to detail

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm – No weekend work
